Frazier Behavioral Health, led by licensed behavior analyst Allison Frazier, has opened a physical location in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, to assist individuals with autism, ADHD, and other learning challenges. The clinic offers a range of services, including behavioral, psychological, and speech-language therapies, catering to neurodiverse children and adults. They aim to improve social skills, executive functioning, emotion regulation, and communication abilities, serving people of all ages from 17 months to 72 years old.

Frazier Behavioral Health currently works with five schools and intends to expand its multidisciplinary services in the area due to a lack of such providers. They focus on providing positive therapeutic environments, family support, parent therapy, and applied behavior analysis techniques to help reduce challenging behaviors and enhance communication skills.

With the recent addition of Dr. Leslie Speer, overseeing speech-language pathology services, the clinic is growing rapidly. Frazier Behavioral Health has open positions for psychologists, psychiatrists, behavior analysts, speech and language pathologists, and registered behavior technicians to meet the community’s increasing demand for specialized care. Their mission is to serve as many people as possible and expand their services to bridge the gap in available resources.
