Frazier Behavioral Health is hiring

Cleveland, OH – Frazier Behavior Health is a behavioral health practice that serves kids all over the city of Cleveland.

CEO Allison Frazier stopped by the Spotlight 5 studio to announce some of the positions they are currently hiring for, including Behavior Technician, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Speech Language Pathologist, Clinical Psychology, and Clinical Assistant.

Frazier Behavioral Health is a practice that serves kids all over the city of Cleveland. They like to wrap services around kids wherever the needs are whether that be in-home, in-school, or in-community. Their team of clinicians has been to places such as religious facilities, sporting events, medical appointments, and wherever the child needs help. They also are currently seeing patients at their new office located in Mayfield Heights.

Frazier Behavioral Health is currently hiring a number of Registered Behavior Technicians as well as Board Certified Behavior Analysts. These positions will travel all over the city of Cleveland so there are no limitations on where you live in Cleveland in order to apply. In their Mayfield Heights office, they will be hiring Speech Language Pathologists, a Clinical Psychologist, and Clinical Assistants.

What makes Frazier Behavioral Health unique is that they are a group of professionals dedicated to making a change in people’s lives. Allison Frazier herself is a BCBA and an autism mom and has dedicated her life to the mission of uplifting people who are neurodiverse.

In order to apply at Frazier Behavioral Health all licensed clinicians must meet board requirements. For Registered Behavior Technicians, a high school diploma is needed as well as looking to make a difference in people’s lives.
